Causing connection issues. - it was discovered that previous work done to confer overhead service to underground service was done incorrectly by using improper connectors and or grounding/bonding - meter bases are below appropriate height. - meter base is heavily corroded on lugs. SOLUTION: - replace both 100 amp main breaker outdoor panels with ch series all copper bus bar panels. - replace dual meter base and bring up to appropriate height. - install new surge protection devices is each electrical 100amp main brea
