Estimate: 1456 W 85th St., Unit 1 Cleveland, OH 44102: Observations: ● Yard is severely overgrown with a large amount of debris including trash, tires and metal. ● There appears to be a single support beam running the full length of the unit in the hallway that is raised creating a tripping hazard. The floor is uneven and slopes downward indicating a foundation issue, we were unable to inspect without access to the basement. (See pictures of the bathroom and the refrigerator) ● Cannot stretch or clean carpet due to overall condition, it is torn. (see photos) ● We observed a water intrusion in the corner of the kitchen ceiling above the rear door.
