1. Payment Plan.
1.1 TERMS.

PAYMENT PLAN ADDENDUM
This agreement is entered into between the undersigned residents,
, hereinafter referred to
as "Residents," and Evernest, hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord” for the property located at:
1456 W 85th St Unit 2
Cleveland, OH 44102

Pursuant to this agreement, the Residents are authorized to enter into a payment plan for the payment of the
total amount owed on their account, totaling $1,382.17
Residents agree to make the following payments according to the schedule mentioned below:
First installment of 1,106.35 due no later than 07/05/2024.
Second installment of 1,106.35 due no later than 08/05/2024.
Third installment of 1,106.35 due no later than 09/05/2024.
Fourth installment of 1,106.35 due no later than 10/05/2024.
Fifth installment of 1,106.35 due no later than 11/05/2024.
Sixth installment of 1,106.35 due no later than 12/05/2024.
Seventh installment of due no later than .
Eighth installment of due no later than .
Ninth installment of due no later than .
Tenth installment of due no later than .
Eleventh installment of due no later than .
Twelfth installment of due no later than .
If Residents make their installments in full and on time, no late fees will be assessed. However, if any single
payment is not received in full and on time, the payment plan will be considered broken, and the total
outstanding amount will become immediately due (Subject to more severe collection efforts).
By signing this document, Residents acknowledge their understanding of and agreement to the terms outlined
in this payment plan. Residents also acknowledge that the payment plan is contingent upon the successful
completion of all installments in a timely manner.
