- Visible text: The undersigned, referred hereafter as the “Tenant”, enters into an agreement made at: 10724 Gooding Avenue (Down Unit) Cleveland OH 44108 this January 5, 2022, with the undersigned “Owner/Landlord”, to let and lease the following described premises known as: 10724 Gooding Avenue (Down Unit) Cleveland OH 44108 WITNESSETH Tenant possession to be held under the following terms and conditions: To have and to hold, same for the term of 12 MONTHS Commencing on the: January 5, 2022. Ending on January 4, 2023 (also known and hereby recognized in this contract as the “Natural Expiration Date”). The rent payment shall be: $815 (eight hundred fifteen) Dollars ($815.00) per whole month. DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 1st DAY OF EACH MONTH. A Tenant vacating after the last day of the month is responsible for the entire next months rent. Rents will be prorated for periods of less than a month only when a new resident moves in during the month, otherwise rents are not prorated for periods less than one month. All other terms of this lease agreement shall remain in effect until the termination of tenancy. All payments must be by check or money order. Landlord will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any rental payments. Cash payments shall not be accepted. Tenant clearly understands that this lease shall not expire, but continues indefinitely, due to its auto renewal provision in this contract. Tenant clearly understands this and page 13 paragraph titled “Tenancy”。 DEPOSIT Tenant hereby deposits the sum of $815 Payable as follows: VA will pay within 30 days as a partial guarantee for the performance of all terms of this agreement. Deposit will be held by the Owner for the term of the tenancy. 1
