Proposal date

Scope of work – This property has total 7 windows, two of them have damaged frame. Window
screens are custom-sized, very old and not functioning properly due to certain wear and tear.
Cabinet door under the sink is missing latch. No damage found in hallway. About kitchen, wall
and ceiling are loose, ceiling seems to be coming off. Our tech did not find any visible leak.
However, once those ceiling and walls are removed, might be able to address the actual source of
damage. Missing smoke detector in basement and Carbon Monoxide detector in 2nd floor. A few
appliances need to move from the kitchen to replace kitchen walls. Our tech will consult with
tenant before starting the work and proceed accordingly.
Estimate is to replace the damaged portion of walls and ceiling in the kitchen, bio-wash, paint,
replace the window screens and window frames, install latch in cabinet door and smoke detector
and Carbon Monoxide detector. Does not include any additional damage.
NB: Will take 3-5 days to get the screens once ordered due to being custom-sized. After that,
will take two days to complete the whole project.

Appliances relocation:
Location – kitchen
- Move necessary appliances in other location to
proceed with wall and ceiling repair work
- Once done, relocate appliances in previous
location.
Wall and ceiling repair:
Location – kitchen, 170-180 SQFT area (6 sheetrock)
- Remove damaged portion of walls and ceiling
- Inspect for additional damage
- Install new wall and ceiling
- Taping/Mudding/Sanding
- Dispose of generated debris
Bio-wash:
170-180 SQFT open area. Once the wall and ceiling are
removed,
- Clean the area with anti-microbial solution, 2
coats
- Apply Zinsser primer to remediate fungal
infection, 2 coats
