About kitchen, wall and ceiling are loose, ceiling seems to be coming off. Our tech did not find any visible leak. However, once those ceiling and walls are removed, might be able to address the actual source of damage. Missing smoke detector in basement and Carbon Monoxide detector in 2nd floor. A few appliances need to move from the kitchen to replace kitchen walls. Our tech will consult with tenant before starting the work and proceed accordingly.
