1518-1520 Dille Road, Euclid, OH Home Inspection Repairs to be Completed Seller has provided a $4,000 credit at closing in lieu of repairs noted on the inspection report. Exterior Wall - The left side of the gutter has damage ○ Very minor - Structural Typical settling cracks due to age - Foundation appears okay - No cause for grading or drainage concern - No signs of structural abnormalities Roofing: - Multiple missing shingles Garage - Garage opener not functioning properly - Some mild discoloration was noted due to age and previous leaks This was dry at the time of inspection. We did not test for mold. It is recommended to clean, treat and monitor this area. - Minor repairs are needed to the exterior coverings (siding/trim) Unit A Common Areas - Several of the receptacles were two prongs. It is recommended to upgrade to 3 wire grounded outlets. (Minor) Bathroom: - Replace with GFCI outlet Basement/Crawl - Efflorescence present - They did not test for mold. It is recommended to test for mold and treat area if needed. Efflorescence is caused by vapor/moisture migrating through the slab and/or concrete walls bring soluble salts to the surface of the concrete. Efflorescence is normal
