Services 2. Services Qty Rate Amount Flooded basement at 1518 Dille 1 $0.00 $0.00 2/22 Notes: 1 $0.00 $0.00 1 $1,480.00 $1,480.00 My guys will be there in the morning. I was unable to unclog it. I have coordinated with the tenants and told them to not flush tampons and wipes. 3. Services 2/23 Notes: I want to keep you updated: We have been working at the clog. It is about 95 feet down the line. We have again pulled out a ridiculous amount of solids. Mostly tampons and non-flushable wipes. I hope the tenants change their ways. Would you like us to make signs for their bathrooms or would you like to reach out to reinforce what I have told them? We have a lot of property managers we work with charge tenants for these situations. In this case it is a unfortunately difficult to prove which tenant is causing the issue. At the moment we have broken the auger line and are enroute to get a replacement so we can continue to work on this. I believe we will have it cleared by the end of the day. We are also going to put a temporary sump pump in the basement to expedite clean-up. I will be in touch. We will be going back tomorrow morning. We have a few things to wrap up. We were able to, again, clear the clog. We were also able to hydro-jet every inch of the line to the street confirming the pipe looks brand new inside. To do this we did have to use a hammer-drill and chisel out 2 small sections of the floor to access the pipe. In the last 2 weeks since we were there an additional 25 tampons and endless non-flushable wipes were pulled out. If this continues we will likely be back in a few weeks even with a completely clear/clean line. Our plumber has 20 years experience with line-clearing and notes this as the most difficult to clear of his career. While things dry, the 2 new clean-out holes remain open. Tomorrow we will cap and cement the floor smooth again. I will also test-scrape a few areas to see how hard it will be to remove the old paint from the floor so we can properly quote the scrape/seal of the basement floor. We will address the upstairs drains tomorrow, as well. Any paint needed on-site we will address (if we can access), too. I will have pictures added soon. 4. Services 2/24 Notes: 1 $600.00 $600.00 1 $0.00 $0.00 We returned to continue clean-up. As for the 2 clean-outs we had to open up. We capped and poured concrete over the one on the far wall. As for the one mid-room, we turned it into a drain as that space could use a second drain. The floor was still wet. I think it will take a couple weeks before we can scrape all of the paint and reseal it. I will get that estimate over. We were able to address all of the upstairs items, as well. In addition to clearing the 2 drains upstairs, we noticed that there has been a pretty steady stream coming down the stack. We identified the second floor toilet as the culprit and replaced the fluid master. We also hauled off the trash from the previous contractors. Invoice reflects: -Cleaning up the waste water. -Sealing the one clean-out -Installing a drain cap on the mid-floor clean-out -Sweeping as much paint flakes as possible -Disinfecting the floor and mopping -Cleared 2 drains in upper unit -Installed a fluidmaster on second floor. -Relit the hot water tank. Other items were mentioned on other work orders. 5. Services We spoke with the tenants both numerous times to reinforce they cannot use those wipes and flush tampons down the toilet. One tenant said they didn't know about
