As for the 2 clean-outs we had to open up. We capped and poured concrete over the one on the at 12:56 am far wall. As for the one mid-room, we turned it into a drain as that space could use a second drain. The floor was still wet. I think it will take a couple weeks before we can scrape all of the paint and reseal it. I will get that estimate over. We were able to address all of the upstairs items, as well. In addition to clearing the 2 drains upstairs, we noticed that there has been a pretty steady stream coming down the stack.
