## Summary

In February 2026, the property experienced a **sewer line blockage** that resulted in wastewater backing up into the basement.

A plumbing contractor cleared the main sewer line and performed remediation work. The obstruction was determined to be caused by **foreign materials (tampons and non-flushable wipes)** disposed of through the plumbing system.

The contractor reported removal of **dozens of hygiene products and wipes** from the line during clearing operations.
