scope: Description Shingle Roofing Repairs & Maintenance : ROOF TUNE-UP Roofing repairs & maintenance through entire roof. Most customers are unaware of this but most
roofs require a tune-up ever 3-5 years. All material that will be used will be same kind, like & quality to keep buildings appearance as close to uniform as possible. Remove &
replace up to 5' l.f of aluminum siding . We will attempt to match the color of your sides as close as possible as to what you currently have on your roof. Remove and replace
up to 5' of of wood fascia board where squirrels have created an openiong . Apply rubberized caulking along counter flashing. Clean roof and gutter free of all debris
(branches, ) cut down any branches that are over hanging low to the roof to prevent squirrel from accessing the roof .. Install up to 12' l,f of Aluminum Gutter flashing / Apron
where needed , this will help keep the birds/squirrel from entering house/ attaic and prevent water intrusion in the winter . . Vendor personally promises to be courteous to all
