Where squirrels are entering home. Detailed repair scope: Description Shingle Roofing Repairs & Maintenance : ROOF TUNE-UP Roofing repairs & maintenance through entire roof. Most cust omers are unaware of this but most roofs require a tune-up e ver 3-5 years. All material that will be used will be same kind, like & quality t o keep buildings appearance as close to uniform as possible. Remove & replace up to 5' l.f of aluminum siding . We will attempt to match the color of your sides as close as p ossible as to what you currently have on your roof. Remove and replace up to 5' of of wood fascia board where s quirrels have created an openiong . Apply rubberized caulking along counter flashing. Clean roof and gutter free of all debris (branches, ) cut down any branches that are over hanging low to the roof t o prevent squirrel from accessing the roof .. Install up to 12' l,f of Aluminum Gutter flashing / Apron where needed , this will help keep the birds/squirrel from entering ho use/ attaic and prevent water intrusion in the winter . . Vendor personally promises to be courteous to all neighbors/ possible building tenants and to clean up promptly, including the perimeter of the house. Vendor offers A 1 Year No Hassle Warranty .
