Images/Videos Task: PENDING APPROVAL Presenting issue: The heat it does blow upstairs but not as strong of course as it would on the first floor because its a shorter run for the ductwork but I know they sell these fans that they put in the ducks to make the heat travel a little farther maybe we can get an AC vendors to do that for them Tenant: Linda Cribbs (773) 875-4632 Vendor diagnosis: Came on site and inspected HVAC system. Noticed one branch was completely disconnected. Attempted to properly reconnect branch however was not able to due to location. Recommend moving branch to a more accessible location to properly distribute airflow. The room in question seems to be an addition, it is a large room with only one supply vent. We are unable to run a second supply vent however we do recommend installing a wall heater. We've had great success in installing wall heaters as supplemental sources of heat. Even typically a drywall repair man is needed to paint/touch up the area.
