Please assess, provide estimate and tons of pics of the repairs that are needed Tenant: Alisha Crawford (773) 853-1947 Detailed repair scope: Remove & replace up to (25) shingles. We will attempt to match the color of your shingles as close as possible as to what you currently have on your roof. Apply rubberized caulking to all flashing, chimneys, vent pipes, exhaust vents etc. Apply rubberized caulking along counter flashing. Nail down all pop-up nails and apply rubberized caulking to prevent water intrusion. Nail down all metal turtle vents and caulk nails with rubberized caulking. Nail back any counter flashing that have pulled away from wall. Install up to 30 gutter hangers with the screw to prevent gutters from pulling away from the fascia WorkOrder#: board. Nail back all gutter spikes. Re-attach aluminum downspout straps that have pulled away from building/garage walls. Clean all gutters free of all debris. Clean all gutter 22009 seams and apply rubberized gutter caulking to prevent water leaks. Warranty: 1 year Price includes labor and material Project Name: R
