Specifically, as of the date of this notice, you and Yhome Nursing LLC are in possession of funds belonging to the DAO and the tenant, as follows: • • • Net Rents Collected Less PM Fees and Vendor Expenses: $16,725.90 Tenant Security Deposits: $1,800.00 Total Funds Owed: $18,525.90 These funds were collected throughout the past lease term and have been repeatedly promised for forwarding, including on multiple occasions and on recorded phone conversations directly with the tenant, yet remain unlawfully withheld.
