Nail down all pop-up nails and apply rubberized caulking to prevent water intrusion. Nail down all metal turtle vents and caulk nails with rubberized caulking. Nail back any counter flashing that have pulled away from wall. Install up to 30 gutter hangers with the screw to prevent gutters from pulling away from the fascia WorkOrder#: board. Nail back all gutter spikes. Re-attach aluminum downspout straps that have pulled away from building/garage walls. Clean all gutters free of all debris.
