Specifically, as of the date of this notice, you and Yhome Nursing LLC are in possession of funds belonging to the DAO and the tenant, as follows: Net Rents Collected Less PM Fees and Vendor Expenses: $16,725.90 Tenant Security Deposits: $1,800.00 Total Funds Owed: $18,525.90 These funds were collected throughout the past lease term and have been repeatedly promised for forwarding , including on multiple occasions and on recorded phone conversations directly with the tenant , yet remain unlawfully withheld.
