This report was created utilizing an inspection software and is intended for the purpose of disclosing the
condition of a property.
The estimate associated with this report is based on Evernest managing the work believed to get the
property back to marketable condition. You, the owner, will make the final decision in the work to be
performed either by Evenest preferred vendors or by another vendor of your choosing.
Our Evernest Maintenance Guarantee promises all work will be performed by licensed and insured
professional technicians. The material and labor are quoted as “builder grade” and backed by a 1 year
labor warranty. In the event the issue is not fixed correctly the first time, we will complete the repair
correctly at no additional cost to you. If you would prefer a higher standard of material, please let us know
and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for the difference.
