Once old valve is removed we will take out pump and 2inch line. A new double check valve system will be installed with a new y fitting going to pit. 2 inch copper piping diverted infront of valve. All proper connections will be done up to City of Chicago code, new sewer will be embedded in 3/4 gravel so no shifting occurs. Work will be inspected by City of Chicago. Then we will Recement any concrete. We will also have to dig on both sides to gain access to sewer coming and going out. Permit, material and labor included in price. Total: $14,191.17
