-Traced service line path and identified
probable freeze point near storm sewer

No internal plumbing failure. Issue likely
frozen service lateral near storm sewer
exposure. Water Department
acknowledged assessment. No further
contractor repair recommended at this time.

distribution were inspected and confirmed functional. No plumbing
failure identified. Likely freeze location is service lateral section
adjacent to storm sewer exposure. Municipal water department
concurred with assessment.
Work order considered resolved from contractor scope. We will
remain available should further issue arise after thaw.
