Parties and Effective Date This Vacation Rental Management Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Evolve Vacation Rental Network, Inc. and its affiliates (“Evolve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “Owner”). Evolve does business through local affiliates or licensed representatives in certain states; please reference the Evolve Licensed Partner page on the Site to determine whether an affiliate or licensed partner is active in your state. The Evolve Licensed Partner page may be updated from time to time without requiring amendment to this Agreement. If you are new to Evolve, the Agreement is effective when you submit your online registration and ind
