10. Chimney, Fireplace, Woodstove
○ Note from seller: ZERO chimneys are in use. They are a high risk for STR
guests. All chimneys and fireplaces are purely decorative and they’re capped.
There’s no gas fireplace so there can't be potential hazardous gases either. The
basement decorative fireplace could theoretically be used to burn wood and that
properly exhausts to the chimney, but again, we don’t allow that and if I recall
correctly, the City of Albany doesn’t allow it either due to high risk of fires.
