## Monthly review checklist
- [ ] Validate current status and remove internal-only lines

- [ ] Ensure fee language is included where applicable (1.5% ECO Systems)
- [ ] Check Operations/Leases for new lease/renewal and verify Public/Operations/Leases redacted copy is current
- [ ] Fetch current live Lofty `UPDATES.md` text, save+register it with `scripts/lofty-updates-guard.py capture-fetch ...`, and reconcile local copy before prepending the new update entry
- [ ] If fetch/save is manual, run `scripts/lofty-updates-guard.py artifact-path ...` first so the live text is saved into the exact standard artifact path
- [ ] Use `scripts/lofty-updates-guard.py prepend ...` instead of a manual `UPDATES.md` prepend
