Dear American Power & Gas,

I am requesting the following under my rights as a New York consumer:

1. **A copy of the verbal recording** made during my enrollment call in or around February 2025, which you have indicated serves as the contract for my electric supply service.

2. **A written statement of all terms and conditions** applicable to each of my accounts, including:
   - Rate type (fixed or variable) and applicable rate or formula
   - Enrollment date and service start date
   - Duration of any term commitment
   - Cancellation rights and procedures
   - Any fees or penalties for early termination

3. **Confirmation of my current supply rate** on each active account and whether it is fixed or variable.

This request is made pursuant to 16 NYCRR Part 10 and the New York State Public Service Commission's ESCO disclosure requirements. Please provide the requested materials within 15 business days.

I am concurrently filing complaints with the NY Department of Public Service and the NY Attorney General's Office regarding the variable-rate billing practices on my accounts.
