Sunrun BrightBox™ Agreement

This Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between
(“Customer” or
“homeowner” or “you”) and Sunrun Installation Services Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its
successors and Assignees (“Sunrun” or “we” together with Customer, the “Parties”, each a “Party”), as of the
Effective Date for the lease of a solar photovoltaic system to generate electric energy with one or more
batteries (the “Solar System”) to be installed on or at your home located at 85-104 Alawa Pl Waianae, HI
96792 (the “Home”). Sunrun is pleased to provide you with a Solar System lease for a twenty-five (25) year
term.
You are entitled to a completely filled out copy of this Agreement signed by both you and Sunrun before any
