Mora Ventures Holdings LLC Manuel Barajas & Cindy A. Becerra Whereas _____________________ has entered into a Purchase and Sales Agreement with ___________________ (SELLERS) for the Waianae, HI 96792 purchase of 85-104 Alawa Pl, _______________________________________ and whereas BUYER wishes to assign its rights, interests and obligations in the Purchase and Sales Agreement, it is hereby agreed between ASSIGNOR and ASSIGNEE as follows: 13,000 1.
