Descaling Of Toilet Branch Line

We will perform descaling of the homes back toilet branch line. We will shut off water to the back bathroom toilet. We will then drain water from
the toilet. Will remove the toilet from the toilet flange. We will then run our descaling machine with a sanding head to start with down the toilets
drain line to the point where the toilet drain connects with the homes main sewer pipe. This will allow us to remove some of the existing scale
and get a look at the underlying condition of the toilets drain pipe. We will then hydrojet the sanded down scale and debris. After ensuring there
no major issues or holes/breaks/cracks in the toilets drain line we will change to a descaling chain head and run our descaling machine up and
down the toilets drain line. We will then hydrojet the descaled scale and debris down and out of the homes sewer pipe. We’ll then switch to a
finish sanding head to further smooth out the interior of the back toilet drain pipe. We’ll then perform a final hydrojetting to remove any
remaining scale or debris and push it out of the homes sewer pipe system.
We’ll then perform a final curtesy camera inspection of the back toilet drain pipe. This will now allow us a look at the true underlying condition of
the toilets drain pipe and expose any imperfections, cracks, breaks, separations or issues with the toilets drain pipe drain pipe. This also allows
us to determine the best course of action to correct any possible issues found by ie: coating, lining, repair, or dig up replacement.
If any underlying issues are found and need to be addressed we will not give the client our recommendations and best pricing possible to
address any found underlying issues. If the customer moves forward with any final repair option we will credit back 50% of the descaling cost to
the final repair option chosen and it will reflect on the final repair invoice as a discount credit.

Toilet Flange Repair

Hawaii Plumbing Squad will perform a flange repair for the home back bathroom toilet. We will shut off water to the toilet. We will then drain the
water from the toilet. We’ll then remove the toilet from the toilet flange. Will then remove the multiple layers of improper flange repairs that had
been done in the past. We’ll then determine the best flange repair option and perform
The flange repair properly. We’ll then install a new wax seal. Reset the toilet on the new flange repair and wax seal. Reconnect the water supply
line. Test the new flange repair to ensure proper operation, installation and that there’s no leaks. Clean up our work area. Complete final walk
through and inspection.

Drain Pipe Repair Under Home

We will perform drain repairs under the home to remove the busted open and exposed drain pipes under the home. We will address the know 2”
drain line break and 3” drain line cracks and 3” drain line fittings that are busted open.
Until we can get under the home to get and hands on inspection we can’t determine the overall final price for the repairs needed. Once we have
gotten under the home and performed an final hands on inspection update the final repair cost on the invoice and we will provide the client with
the final overall price for the repairs of the drain pipes under the home and get the clients ok to proceed with the repairs.

Descaling Of The Remaining Cast Iron Main Sewer Line Pipe For The Home

We will perform descaling of the cast iron portion of the main sewer line for the home. This portion of cast iron main sewer piping is broken up
between multiple spot repairs where ABS piping has been installed in its place. This will cause us to have to do the descaling in phases but all
at once, going between the previous ABS main sewer pipe spot

repairs. We will start by hydrojetting and loose debri out to the city service connection. We will then use a sanding head first to remove the
loosest debris and get a first underlying look at the condition of the drain pipe and the (2) known cracks and openings in the main sewer pipe.
We will then change to a descaling head and further descale and smooth out the drain pipe. We will then run our hydrojetting machine up and
down the drain to remove all descaled debris. We will then change back to a finish sanding head and further smooth out the drain pipe to prep it
for a possible lining or coating. This will also give us the ability it get a true underlying look at the condition of the main sewer pipe thats still cast
iron and find all issues and ensure there’s no other issues other than the (2) known problem areas. If any additional issue are found after
performing the descaling we will notify the home owner immediately and give them our recommendations and pricing to address any additional
issues found. If no additional issues are found we will provide the client with our best recommendation lining, coating or spot repair and pricing
for that option. If the customer moves forward with any final repair option then this descaling project cost will be subtracted from the cost of the
final repair option.

****While we have the hydrojetting machine in the main sewer line performing the descaling we will perform a curtesy hydrojetting of the main
sewer line thats still abs pipe which is roughly 55 feet of pipe. This will be done as a curtesy to the client if the move forward with the descaling
and toilet line hydrojetting.****

damages to customers home or property while performing services at the service location that have been agreed upon between the client and Hawai’i Drain
Cleaning Squad LLC. The Customer is signing this agreement agreeing to this statement and the scope of work discussed with the customer.
All deposits received from customer and paid to Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad LLC are non-refundable. The customer has been informed that their deposit is not
refundable under any circumstance and is signing the approval signature acknowledging this and all other terms.
Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad LLC is not responsible for any electrical work, electrical rewiring after completing any job that required electrical to be disconnected.
This applies to any fixture inside or outside of the home. Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad is also not responsible for reconnecting the wiring for irrigation systems when
work is done on the irrigation system. The home owner is responsible to have any electrical work, electrical reconnections or rewiring done themselves or done by
a contractor of their choosing at the home owners expense.
