Maximum Initial Authorization Metric Amount Accounting principal, no approved retroactive interest $4,818.27 Maximum 12% retroactive interest through 2026-07-14 $150.21 Maximum interest-included payoff as of 2026-07-14 $4,968.48 The borrower vote controls whether retroactive interest is included. EARLDAO may not capitalize the hypothetical amount unless that option wins. Record the ECO payoff and EARLDAO receivable without duplicating the liability. Confirm no equity is simultaneously issued for the same settled amount.
