Summary: 
Additional work on stairs. Rails for stairs are actually almost as solid as they should be. Definitely weak screws and Fasteners replaced with proper ones in better positions. Added proper spaces for treads and got the riser levels preset so new final treads can sit to finish floor height. Sealed more areas in preparation for painting. We did a load test on an outlet that seemed to had been the cause for electrical issue before. Will need to change the outlet in junction. Working on final fasteners for floating stair section brace and framing in

We continued with more paint preparations by going around finding nails, screws and other things to be removed so it can be patched. Doing more preparations for painting and putting on baseboard trims. Windows on rear had bad locking mechanism so they were repaired. Basement had a light fixture that popped and cracked so we had fixed it.

After removing screws, nails and such from walls and other surfaces we are caulking many locations. Inside for seal and fill for mud to get to or paint to be able to smoothly cover surfaces. Outside cause the draft, broken seals and water protection. 
Note: the tools purchased like garden hoe were for ice breaking and removal of buildings but it will be useful for when Jasmine does more landscaping

Summary: 
More painting was done. Additional electrical work such as we found some wires in ceiling that had arcing on low voltage. We diagnosed them and found it's from 3rd floor baseboard heaters which didn't work anyways. But if you want them to work we would pull them and wired straight to their breaker in 84.3 instead of where we had disconnected them way before on 84.2 breaker prior to breaker consolidation. So a few junctions were made to secure separately and make them dead lines. Vents were refited now that we were looking to do final seal and close out of breaker area. If needed those junctions are in ceiling just in front of and above breaker box (a note for future needs potentially). Stair treads were majority put in place for  2 of the 3 flights of stairs and prepped for flight leading to 3rd floor. In 84.2 additional paint preparations were made. Now jasmine was painting but will need to be taught more as the paint tray was left filled with paint and brushes were left out leading them to be wasted. Will need more brushes and trays.

The card kept declining. But i got the supplies. Had to fix some of the work jasmine did but showed her how to get it done. Stairs seams were sealed and caulked. Painted the majority of the stairs inside now. Taped up 84.2 so we can prepare for painting.

Taking it back to store for once to exchange. Vanity rough fit is in. Vanity was refurbished to match the bathroom accessories. Drawer and shelves of Vanity need more coats. Mirror that's with vanity needs some work also before it replaces current one in bathroom

We pulled out the garbage disposal and such for setup needs when we need to pull line for it and have a switch in place for it.

Summary: 
84.1 lock picked and got video of the inside. They seemed to try to clean up but still lots of oil / grease and stains at certain locations. Floor by laundry hookup is very spongy. Seems the power is off so maybe the national grid wasn't changed over for that unit. Got lock for front door of 84.1 setup and linked online. 
84.2 we got things moved out into 86.0 storage. Made space to put baseboard in place. Everything has a baseboard now. We got to taping and plan to paint all of the baseboard and trims as planned. Got working on last flight of the stairs inside that go to 3rd floor where we got a lot of the complicated cuts out of the way and get all the steps prepped on 3/10-3/11 where we finish all the way to the landing at the top. Following that we attach the new rail we have gotten and just need to preset the level for the railing. 
Walls by kitchen were finished painting. Clearing out any debris we find along the way and any accumulated into the dumpster bins or recycling. Jasmine was doing painting and presets. But she had to move the recycling bin which had blocked guests somehow. I did tell her she should have called me. It would have taken me a fraction of the time it took for her to move it
