The Premise s is currently held in a Wyoming Decentralized Organization Limited Liability Company known as Lofty Holding 8143 S Sangamon Street DAO LLC , referred to hereunder as ‘The DAO’ . The DAO ’s nominee is Lofty AI Inc. as Authorized Officer of Lofty Holding 8143 S Sangamon Street DAO LLC , referred to hereunder as ‘The DAO Officer’.
