We have received an update from Puls, we had a confusion whereby the tenant did contact the vendor and had them
proceed with the work before us approving it and the technician went out and they sent us this message;

The technician mentioned that due to the confusion and the fact that the work has already been started, they’re willing to
offer a significant discount to help ensure the quote gets approved.

The revised total is $3,281.00. As per tech Summary : Electrical Upgrade Summary
We will be replacing 5 breakers with 30A breakers, 16 outlets with 20A-rated outlets, and 4 switches with 20A switches.
One electrical box will be upgraded to a 4×4 inch box, and an existing ½" conduit will be replaced with ¾" to allow for
proper wire capacity. All new wires will be run from the main panel in the basement to the second-floor devices.

Because the main panel is in the basement and all work is on the second floor, we’ll need to open sections of drywall to
run wires through the walls and ceilings. After the electrical work is complete, drywall will be patched, sanded, and
painted if needed. Repair costs are not included in the electrical estimate and will be priced separately based on how
many areas we need to open.

All work will be done to meet current electrical code requirements.
