Went out for non heat call, Tried to get thermostat to respond and it was non responsive, new batteries did not fix the issue. A new
thermostat is needed, upon inspection of unit found the filter was never changed on this unit. Tech asked resident when they last
changed the filter and they did not know when a filter was last changed. The filter was so compacted with debris tech had to pry it
out of the unit. Due to the filter not being replaced it burned out the capacitor and the blower motor for this unit. This unit need a
new filter, Capacitor and blower motor. The heat is not working at all. We can order the parts today if approved.
