Good afternoon,
I’m submitting a proposal to replace the current property manager, HomeRiver Group Chicago, for 8143 S
Sangamon St, Chicago, IL 60620, due to ongoing concerns about communication, responsiveness, and
overall performance. I believe Earl Co would be a better fit for this property, as they offer more personalized
service, local experience, and a hands-on approach that better aligns with our goals as investors. Earl Co
has expressed interest in managing the asset and is confident they can improve tenant relations, reduce
vacancies, and enhance operational efficiency. I encourage fellow co-owners to consider this proposal
seriously in the interest of long-term property performance.
Vote Options:
YES – Replace HomeRiver Group Chicago with Earl Co as the new property manager.
NO – Retain HomeRiver Group Chicago as the current property manager.

The results will be determined by a 60% Supermajority and sent to all
owners on Monday, April 14th once the voting period ends.
