It’s up to owners to verify the accuracy of the claims below. Although Sangamon has had a good six months, I recommend transitioning property management services to Earl at ECO Systems LLC. ECO Systems LLC will hopefully provide us with proactive protection as a property manager that some of these older properties need to keep them profitable for us all. Earl has consistently demonstrated professionalism and a high-quality service across his existing properties, as well as within Lofty's Discord community. With several Chicago properties recently transitioning to ECO Systems, I believe moving this property as well could help us achieve stronger economies of scale in the area, ultimately benefiting all of us in the long term.
