RENTAL AGREEMENT- Renewal By and for this agreement entered into as a rental/lease agreement between DTS Property Management, (hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”) and (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”); agrees to occupy the premises situated at 799 Stadelman Ave. Akron, Ohio 44320, County of Summit, State of Ohio. The Landlord and Tenant agree to be bound by the following: 1. The security deposit will be $850.00 and continue to be held in escrow by the Owner. Security deposit shall first cover any unpaid rent, late fees; second for any damages on the above referenced property not considered to be normal wear and tear. The tenant can recover the security deposit, IF the following things occur. A. At least 30 days notice is given for intent to vacate the premises. B.
