For the property at 799 Stadelman Ave, Akron. The buyers have requested an extension for
another 3 weeks to give them enough time to solidify financing.
The reason for the extension is the buyers had a passing at work, the surroding employees
decided to go on strike in respect of the passed colleague. Because of that strike, there is no pay
which is effecting their abilty to obtain financing. They are back to work now and once they have a
stable 2 week check again, the lender can finalize the loan.
