I am pleased to share that this property has been sold for $130,000, which is $20,000
above our initial target.
It’s important to note that the property carried existing debts, and our primary goal was to
sell at the highest possible price to minimize losses for the owners. The property was
thoroughly renovated, inspected, and follow-up repairs were completed to ensure it was
market-ready. While this process presented its challenges, we stayed true to our
commitment and executed the plan as outlined.

receipts. Yhome will be issuing a final invoice deduction, and any remaining balances will
be forwarded to Lofty or Earl.
