I spoke with James 1 of the workers at the property and he said he also h as tried to Rod it several times. We both agree that is the rea son we can't clear the line thoroughly, because of the small a ccess point. Detailed repair scope: Have to open the floor in the unit to gain access to the underg round sink line. Remove sections of the pipe to eliminate grease blockage.
