ADDENDUM TO REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE
AGREEMENT
The undersigned parties to a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated October 28, 2021 by
and between Odai Ammar or Assignee (“Purchaser”), and Rudy Mei (“Seller”), for the
purchase and sale of that certain property municipally known as 7542 & 7656 S. Colfax,
Chicago IL 60649 (“Property”), hereby mutually agree to amend said Agreement as
follows:

1. The purchase price for 7542 S. Colfax, Chicago, IL 60649 shall be amended to $350,000.
2. The purchase price for 7656 S. Colfax, Chicago, IL 60649 shall be amended to $345,000.

All other terms and conditions of the Sales Contract to remain the same.
