Detailed repair scope:
Fence
Repair car damaged fencing.
Dig out broken fence post and replace with new post, set in
cement.
Reattach damaged fence sections, replace broken horizantal
rail
and broken pickets.
Remove gate, straighten bent hinges and reinstall at proper
height to clear sidewalk.

exceeds 10% of the total estimate. All materials used during the project will be matched (as much as
possible) to the current style and type that is being replaced at the property, including but not limited to
fixture type, finishes, etc
