Colfax Ave, LLC pm@lofty.ai 7656 S Colfax Ave Chicago IL 60649-6557 Isabel Paz Soldan isoldan@homeriver.co m Job Bid for Work Order #31456 Quantity Comments Task Description Price 1 $822.94 ESTIMATE ONLY WINDOW VENDOR NEEDED Windows to be installed throughout the unit once re-gut proje ct is completed (REF UNIT #1 IS VACANT or of Unit #1, has the ALARM PRESENT: There is an alarm and the sensors on the first and second floor the keypad is on the first floor between t he main back or apartment door by the cir PENDING APPROVAL ESTIMATE PROPOSAL Estimate to install new windows at this unit, but upon inspecti on all windows seem to be working fine. One window was scr ewed shut so that may be an issue, but it will not affect cost g reatly. Each pane was intact with no breaks. Vinyl frames wer e fine and in working order. Cranks on windows were swivelin g fine and in working order as well. Block windows were in tact also. There are three windows tha t are missing screens. Screens can be built to replace the mis sing ones. The rear sliding door is in disarray and needs to be serviced. The rear sliding door may need to be replaced, but maintenance will be performed first to see if it can be saved. The front sliding door looks newer and will be serviced as well and put back on its track. If the service for the rear sliding doo r is ineffective HomeRiver will be contacted with a new estima te for a replacement. Service all windows within unit (4 windows) Service block windows (3 windows) Service sliding doors (2 doors) Fabricate screens to replace the missing ones on windows (3 screens) Purchase all materials needed to fabricate screens, service w indows, and doors
