1. The property should be white glove and “move-in ready” clean.
2. All tubs, sinks, and showers should be scrubbed clean and free of dirt and debris.
3. Counter tops should be scrubbed and free of dirt or stains.
4. Carpets and all flooring should be swept, vacuumed, or mopped
5. All horizontal surfaces should be wiped down and free of dust and dirt, including: lower
