The interior floor slab is at a slightly lower level than the outsi

patio slab and there is a 1' gap between patio slabs at the
corner.
Fill in the gap between slabs about 2' out with cement.
Clean out leafy and trashy debris from inside of A/C condens

security cage.
Clean out debris from gap between concrete slabs and outsid

Fill in gap along wall behind A/C condensers and around corn

with polyurethane sealant to block out the water.

based on changes made either by request or requirement and with owner authorization if the amount
exceeds 10% of the total estimate. All materials used during the project will be matched (as much as
possible) to the current style and type that is being replaced at the property, including but not limited to
fixture type, finishes, etc
