General pest control: Roaches, ants, rats
and mice. Main concern: German
roaches and mice. All the units need to
be serviced at the same time.

Devices Required For Service
4 ERC'S, 8 rtu's

Notes
Three (3) - 4-bedroom apartments,
small basement and exterior rodent
devices. There is a $75.00 trip fee and a
rate of $20/unit on non-service days.

Rose Commercial Terms
This agreement remains in force for one year and shall automatically continue thereafter until suspended by either party.
The service will be provided as follows:
After the initial service has been completed, Rose Pest Solutions will inspect
and treat the exterior premises (advancement to the structure) at intervals
as indicated above. The interior will be serviced at the intervals listed above and equipment will be monitored.
Purchaser agrees to the following:
A. To accept with no undue delay each of the regular pest services.
B. To comply with Rose Pest Solutions requests to correct conditions contributing to, or causing pest infestations (if any exist).
Rose Pest Solutions will NOT be held responsible for:
A. The control of any wood destroying insects, bed bugs, or flying insects.
Additional services are available for an additional fee.
B. The repair or compensation for present or future damage done
to the structure or its contents by any insect or rodent.
Customer has three (3) days right of cancellation in accordance with the Fair Business Practice Act of 1975, and the rules of the
Federal Trad Commission, 16 C.F.R. 429.
Buyers Right To Cancel
Three (3) Day right of cancellation shall be disclosed to every contractee in accordance with the Fair Business Act of 1975, and rules
of the Federal Trade Commission, 16 C.F.R. 429.
The buyer's right to cancel: You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight on the third business day after
the date of this transaction. Cancellation notice must be in writing by midnight of the third business day.

Notes
Customer: Please put covers on the basement floor drains.
