11/7/25 - Tenant moved out. Home winterized and aggressively secured in preparation for sale.
1/7/26 - Property Management reported squatters in the home and re-secured it.
2/10/26 - Broker stopped by to discover the garage had been completely burned down.
Plumbing stripped & appliances stolen. Squatters vandalized entire home. Home was resecured.
2/22/26 - Upon buyer's walk-through, they found a pipe had burst and flooded the basement.
