Earl will provide a full credit for these repairs. ● View a photo of the exterior brick from 2019 here. ● Earl’s handyman installed a roof hatch for the main roof via the rear porch for service access to ensure squirrels are sealed out of the building and cannot get onto the roof. ● The roof has been patched over the years by the prior owner, and Earl’s contractor, who specializes in roofing and redid all the siding, also replaced damaged shingles to extend the main roof's life. ● The handyman checked the attic crawlspace and, while there were a number of cobwebs and dust, there were no signs of leaks. ● The rear porch roof will need to be replaced, as Earl’s handyman reported the same issues during the hatch
