ADDENDUM TO RENEW LEASE AGREEMENT This Addendum to Renew Lease Agreement (“Addendum”) is made between EVCO, LLC (Landlord/Agent) and (Tenant(s)) for the premises located at 724 3rd Ave. Fl 1, Watervliet, NY 12189 (“Premises”). WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into an original lease agreement (“Lease”) for the Premises, which began on October 1st, 2020 and is set to expire on month-to-month ; and WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant mutually agree to continue the Lease for the Premises based on the terms set below.
