ADDENDUM TO RENEW LEASE AGREEMENT

This Addendum to Renew Lease Agreement (“Addendum”) is made between Grape LFTY403 DAO LLC
(Landlord/Agent) and
(Tenant(s))
for the premises located at 724 3rd Ave. Fl 2, Watervliet, NY 12189

(“Premises”).

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into an original lease agreement (“Lease”) for the Premises,
which began on 06/22/2022
and is set to expire on 6/30/2024

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant mutually agree to continue the Lease for the Premises based on the
terms set below.

NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

date therein (with 30-day advanced written notice), then the Lease will be automatically
renewed for a 1-year term with a rental amount of $ 900 per month.
