ADDENDUM TO RENEW LEASE AGREEMENT

This Addendum to Renew Lease Agreement (“Addendum”) is made between EVCO, LLC
(Landlord/Agent) and
(Tenant(s))
for the premises located at 724 3rd Ave. Fl 1, Watervliet, NY 12189

(“Premises”).

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into an original lease agreement (“Lease”) for the Premises,
which began on October 1st, 2020
and is set to expire on month-to-month

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant mutually agree to continue the Lease for the Premises based on the
terms set below.

NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. The Renewal Term will commence on February 1, 2024

for the following:
a. Tenant shall pay Landlord rent for the Renewal Term in the amount of $ 680 per

3. In the event that Landlord or Tenant does not elect to terminate this Lease at the ending
date therein (with 60-day advanced written notice), then the Lease will be automatically
renewed for a 1-year term with a rental amount of $ 710 per month.
