-Water heater leak
-Main stack leak
-Slow drains
-Basement/Crawlspace: Some minor MLS was noticed on the base of the drywall in one small room in the basement
-Termite issue
-Tuckpoint chimney
-Replace & repair soffit
-Stucco siding
-Cracked walkway and retaining wall
-Sliding glass door
-Will add thresholds to basement doors
Seller to provide Buyer a 1 year home warranty.
